BSM Construction removed and replaced the Costco, Roseville, California’s 1300 sq. ft. food court in an existing active Costco. BSM installed new underground plumbing, relocated electrical panels, built new food court walls and ceiling with epoxy floors, and installed all equipment and start up for operation.
