Project Management

BSM Construction builds a detailed schedule and budget breakdown and then keeps the project within these parameters throughout the project.

Project Close-Out

BSM Construction understands how important this last phase is to our clients' and our long term success depends on it. We will provide a complete package providing warranty information, user manuals, drawings, executed permit doccumentation and all other items necessary to ensure a complete & proper close-out of your project.

Once a project is complete, BSM Construction's customer service division continues to meet our clients' ongoing service needs. Service technicians are available 24/7 to assist with any emergency, repair or remodel projects. We take every measure to complete service & repair jobs with no impact to you or your tenants daily operations.
