About BSM Construction

Sam Martinovich, founder of BSM Construction comes from  Skyline Construction, a San Francisco commercial construction company in which he founded in 1996.

After 8 years in business and the successful completion of over a Quarter Billion dollars in completed projects, including  class A high rise office space, various industrial, biotech, banking, retail and ground-up projects, Mr. Martinovich sold his stake in Skyline Construction to the dedicated employees whom were immensely responsible for the success of the company.

In January 2005 the company was converted from a privately owned firm, into the 100% employee owned entity (ESOP) that it is today.

Applying the same qualities and ethics by which his previous firm was built, Mr. Martinovich has now formed  BSM Construction.

BSM Construction specializes in Retail, Office, industrial and Banking institution projects across the states of California and Nevada.

BSM holds a General Contractor license (B) in the states of California and Nevada as well as an Electrical license (C-10) and a Roofing Contractors license (C-39) in the state of California.
